PRODUCT DOWNLOADS

Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. While most orders are processed, approved, and delivered in an hour, some may take longer, up to 24 hours. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form, containing the information you need to access your purchase.

Wisconsin State Sales Tax of 5% will be applied to orders originating in Wisconsin.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We try to provide as much information as possible so you can make an informed decision before you buy. Because our products are digital and delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our products are handled and decided on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within fifteen (15) days of your original purchase.
